Warranty Terms and Conditions

Raj Cooling System Private Limited provides this warranty to the original purchaser of our products. By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

• Warranty Coverage

Motor Warranty: The Company offers a one (1) year warranty on the motor from the date of purchase.

• The company’s liability under the warranty will be limited only to motor and restricted to any such defect that occurs under conditions of normal operations and under proper use. Any part/s replaced by the company at its discretion shall be a functionally operative unit.

• Scope of Warranty:

This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. It does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation or maintenance.
• Damage caused by accidents, alterations, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs.
• Normal wear and tear of the product.

Consumables and Accessories: This warranty does not cover consumable parts and accessories, which include but are not limited to:

• Pads: Cooling pads, wick pads, and other similar components.
• Other Accessories: Any additional accessories or attachments that are not integral to the basic functioning of the product

• This warranty shall not apply to the product:

• Which have been altered/opened by any other personnel not authorized by the company
• Incorrectly used in combination with any other substance or products,
• Which are used for rental purposes and/or which develop problems due to faulty care or maintenance and alterations to the product or its parts
• Which is subjected to electrical supply for which the product is not designed
• Warranty will void if the product is operated with a sub-standard inverter or non-sine wave inverter.
• If documentation of buying is not available to validate an original purchase.

• While the company will make every effort to carry out the repairs at the earliest, it however is made expressly clear that the company is under no obligation to do so in a specified period.

• This warranty shall automatically terminate on expiry of the warranty period mentioned above from the date of purchase even if the product may not be used for any time during the warranty period for any reason whatsoever.

• Cooling pads and outer plastic parts are not covered under warranty. 

• The company shall not be liable in any case for any loss or damage caused to any property, death or disability caused to any human life arising out of the fire, electrical fault, short circuit, accidental handling or any kind of natural calamity. As such the company’s liability is limited to the cost of the spare parts of the said products only.
• Change of address of the customers must be intimated to the company without which the warranty shall not be operational.
• Due to ongoing research and development, the company holds the right to modify the product without any prior notice or obligation to buyers.
• During the warranty, the customer is not entitled to exchange of product or refund money.

Conditions of Warranty

RAJ COOLING SYSTEM PVT. LTD. (hereinafter called as ‘We/Company’) extend this limited warranty to the original consumer (first retail purchaser) and warranty that the product shall be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (Date of actual usage will not be considered under any circumstances).
Warranty will come in with effect when the following conditions are met:

• The period of 12 months has not expired from the date of purchase/invoice.
• The product is operated following the recommendations mentioned in the online manual.
• Services provided under the warranty period will be subject to other applicable conditions for claiming warranty.

• The company’s liability under the warranty will be limited only to the motor, pump (Pump will be replaced only if a customer uses water with TDS less than 800 PPM), louver motor, remote (Warranty is 6 months), PCB and restricted to any such defect which occurs under conditions of normal operations and under proper use. Any part/s replaced by the company at its discretion shall be a functionally operative unit.

• This warranty shall not apply to the product:

1. Which have not been purchased from the e-commerce portal of the Company.
2. Which have been altered/opened by any other personnel not authorized by the company,
3. Incorrectly used in combination with any other substance or products or accessories.
4. Which are used for rental purposes and/or which develop problems due to faulty care or maintenance and alterations to the product or its parts.
5. Which is subjected to electrical supply for which the product is not designed,
6. Warranty will be void if the product is operated with a sub-standard inverter or non-sine wave inverter.
7. If documentation of buying/invoice/tax bill is not available/produced by the customer validate an original purchase and date of purchase.

• While the company will make every effort to carry out the repairs at the earliest, it however is made expressly clear that the company is under no obligation to do so in any fixed/specified period.

• This warranty shall automatically terminate on expiry of the warranty period of 12 months (as per our product policy) from the date of purchase even if the product may not be used for any time during the warranty period for any reason whatsoever.

• Honeycomb pads, Cooling pads and outer plastic parts are not covered under warranty and such parts will be replaced with charges even if the product is under warranty.

• The Company shall not be liable in any case for any loss or damage caused to any property, death or disability caused to any human life arising out of fire, electrical fault, short-circuit, accidental handling or any kind of natural calamity. As such the Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the spare parts of the products only.

• Due to ongoing research and development, the company holds the right to modify the product without any prior notice or obligation to buyers.

• In case the model of product purchased by the customer has been discontinued by the Company then the company will replace the spare parts as per other available compatible spare parts.

• Purchaser should retain the purchase bill/invoice as evidence of the date of purchase. A copy of the purchase invoice should be given to the visiting service technician while attending to the complaint. In case of any alteration in the date of purchase in the proof of purchase is found or no purchase bill/invoice is produced at the time of claiming the warranty, the warranty shall be deemed to be lapsed and the customer will be liable to pay the visit charges + taxes + spare parts replaced.

• For any disputes arising from this sale or transaction, only the Courts/Consumer forums in Rajkot, Gujarat, India will have the authority to handle the case.

• Service for this product shall be provided by an Authorized Service Provider.

• The above warranty conditions shall be applicable for domestic service only to the sales in the domestic markets of India,

• Other terms and conditions:

• Air cooler should be used in a room with proper cross ventilation.
• Air cooler must be kept on an even/smooth surface.
• Air cooler must be filled with clean water. Excess hard water/muddy water may affect the performance of the Air cooler.
• No guarantee is provided on the product and there is only a warranty of 12 months on the motor.

Service for this product shall be provided by the Authorized Service Provider           

The above warranty conditions shall be applicable for domestic service only to the sales in the domestic markets of India.

• Warranty Claim Process

• Notification: To make a warranty claim, you must notify us within the applicable warranty period by contacting our customer service at +91 91 5768 5768 or via email at ecom@rajcooling.com
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original purchase receipt or other proof of purchase.
• Inspection and Repair/Replacement: Upon receiving your claim, we may request that you send the product to us for inspection. If we determine that the product is defective and covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part at no charge. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us; we will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced product to you.

• Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Warranty Exclusions

This warranty is void if:

• The product has been altered or modified in any way not authorized by us.
• The product has been used with parts or accessories that are not genuine or recommended by us.
• The serial number of the product has been removed, defaced, or altered.

• If on-site repair or replacement is not possible, the company will assist the customer directly. The customer must first provide images and videos of the faulty part for online verification. After confirmation from the company, the customer must send the faulty part to the company with proof of purchase. The company will send a replacement part at no additional cost to the customer, excluding the shipping cost to the company. This policy is governed by the laws of the company’s operating jurisdiction.

• Governing Law:

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot,Gujarat.

• Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these warranty terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the date of posting.
